How do I know how many credits I need to work from each location?

After signing up on our mobile app or visiting our locations page on the website, you’ll be able to see the credit price for a location, which varies by things like popularity, quality of service, the number seats available, ratings.

What if I run out of credits?

Good news, you can always add more! Just go to the “Add credits” tab in the app to purchase more.

Do I need to reserve in advance before I show up to the location?

No - All you have to do is check-in once you’re at the location. Your credits will automatically be deducted then.

When do my credits activate and how long are they valid for?

Your credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Can I bring in food from outside?

Accepted Answer

Our hotel and cafe partners do not allow food from outside, although you do get 20% off their menu with a Letswork credit pass! Certain other locations (e.g. co-working spaces that don’t serve their own food), do allow food from outside. Please check the info section of these locations to confirm.

Can I share a credit plan with my friend?

No, each credit plan is personal to you. Upon checking in at a location, the location staff will check your name on their side of the app to ensure you have checked-in. If you’d like to bring your friends, you can either check-in on their behalf using your credits or you can refer them via the Letswork app under the ‘Refer a friend’ tab with your unique referral code.

Can I book meeting rooms, offices or studios with credits?

Credits are currently valid for locations under the co-working section.I f you want to book on-demand meeting rooms, offices or studios - you can pay for them directly on the website or the Letswork app using a credit card.

I need a private meeting room - do you offer these?

We do indeed! Many of our members have private meeting rooms which can be booked via our app either for free or at a charge.

What are meeting room credits?

If you’re a monthly member at Letswork, you can get 1 hour of free meeting room usage per month (respectively) at the Rove Hotels. Your meeting room credits will be automatically assigned to you when you purchase your membership. Remember, you will NOT get any meeting room credits if you purchase your membership using discount codes.

To rent a private office, all you have to do is visit the book section on the Letswork app or click here to book through our website.
