Building physical and mental toughness is so important for entrepreneurs & busy professionals.Participants will join us for an evening of boxing and sudoku, formulated to increase both physical and mental endurance; so they can face any challenge ahead. The evening will unfold with a demonstration of various boxing techniques where participants will learn basic boxing techniques such as jabs, hooks, and uppercuts. In pairs, they will then practice various combinations of these techniques to recreate boxing sequences like real boxers.
