Questions you might have about Letswork Pass
1.What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the currency of Letswork. Every venue on the platform has a credit cost — a café might be 2–6 credits, a coworking space 10–25, a hotel lobby somewhere in between. Your AED 75 covers your first batch. After that, you top up with a monthly plan or pay as you go.
2.Which venues can I use my credits at?
Any Letswork partner venue on the platform — and there are 500+ of them across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, London, and beyond. Filter by city, neighbourhood, vibe, or price. The map view shows you what's closest right now.
3.What do I actually get when I check in somewhere?
Access to the designated working area, fast wifi, and at most venues complimentary drinks. Some venues also offer F&B discounts, free parking, or meeting room priority. It's all listed on the venue page before you go.
4.Do credits expire?
Your free AED 75 trial credits are valid for 7 days.
5.What happens after my free trial?
Nothing automatic. You choose whether to continue. If you do, we have PAYG or monthly/annual memberships. Credits on memberships follow a billing cycle — monthly credits reset each month, annual credits last the year.
6.Is this just for freelancers and remote workers?
Not at all. The freelancer and the SVP at a 500-person company are the same Letswork member. If you work outside your home — occasionally or every single day — Letswork works for you. A lot of our members are hybrid employees who use it on their days out of the office.
7.Can my company pay for it?
Yes. Letswork for Teams lets companies give their employees flexible workspace access as a benefit — without signing a lease or managing expense claims. Hundreds of companies big and small are already on it. Send your HR or ops lead to letswork.io/teams.
8.What's the social layer about — do I have to interact with people?
No. Check in and keep your head down if that's the day you're having. But if you want to see who else is working nearby, wave at someone, or just feel less alone in a room full of strangers — it's all there. A lot of our best member connections started with a wave at a café.
9.Is it available outside the UAE?
Yes. UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Egypt, Portugal, UK, and Pakistan. More cities coming. If you travel for work, your Letswork membership travels with you.
10.I work from cafés anyway — why do I need the app?
You don't need it. But right now you're probably doing it blind — hoping the wifi holds, not knowing if there's a better spot two streets over, paying full price every time. Letswork gives you the vetted shortlist, the perks, and the credits system that makes it cheaper than going direct!
