We offer 3 event halls, each hall is at AED 500 per hour, with capacity of 50 if it is classroom set up. These spaces are ideal for a variety of events, including: Seminars Orientation sessions Workshops Product launches Press conferences Even personal occasions like gender reveal events FOOD & CATERING OPTIONS: You have the flexibility to: Bring your own food vendor (subject to approval), or request our in-house catering services (rates apply on top of the venue rental fee) For external food vendors, the following must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the event for EMAAR management approval: Valid trade license ID copies of all crew members Detailed list of food trolleys and utensils to be used FOR MEDIA & VIDEO COVERAGE: If you plan to have video or media coverage (including cameras, production crews, etc.), a media permit must be secured 5 days in advance. You’ll need to submit: The production company’s trade license ID copies of all crew members Please note: Closed shoes are required on-site for all production and event crew. (Failure to comply with these requirements may result in event cancellation. In such cases, no refunds or discounts will be provided, as this is in accordance with EMAAR's policy.)
