In the heart of the city, at Königstrasse 35, on three floors, with a total area of 1550 square meters, 32 offices, workstations, co-working spaces, digital rooms, virtual offices and creative conference rooms of the highest standard are available to you here. The underground parking garage in combination with the surrounding terrace ensure a comfortable journey and plenty of fresh air, light and a good mood for your important work. The building, which was erected in 1911 and rebuilt after its destruction in 1949, is currently being replaced by a new building as “K35”.
