About Techarc
Techarc is tucked inside Warehouse 25 at Alserkal Avenue - Al Quoz's arts and culture district - and that address alone tells you something about who works here. Creatives, designers, founders, and the chronically curious have made it their base since 2016, drawn by the kind of atmosphere you can't manufacture in a glass tower. The converted warehouse does what converted warehouses do best: high ceilings, natural light, and a texture to the space that feels lived-in and intentional. It's open from 8:30am to 11pm, which means it works just as well for an early strategy session as it does for a late-night build.
