Studio Rental • The studio is rented as-is, for the purpose of audio or video podcast recording and can accommodate a maximum of 3 people • Bookings are available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. • Preparation, setup, and pack-up must be done within the reserved time. Extra time is not guaranteed. 2. Equipment Use • The studio includes recording equipment (e.g., microphones, headphones, sound mixer, basic lighting). • You are responsible for using all equipment in a safe and respectful manner. • Any damage or loss caused by you or your guests will be charged at replacement cost. • Upside does not provide editing, post-production, or technical assistance. • Guests must bring their own USB key to store their recording. This is the only method to obtain the recorded file. If you do not have one, a USB key can be purchased on site. 3. Guests • You may bring guests to your session; however they must remain in the studio with you and are not granted access to the other spaces. • You are fully responsible for their conduct and compliance with these Terms. • Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the premises and cancellation of the session. 4. Privacy & Respect • Please respect other tenants and users of the Upside building. • No loud music or disruptive activity is permitted. • All recording activity must remain within the confines of the studio. By booking the Podcast Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

About Upside

Upside is a modern residential and coworking building. It offers fully furnished studio and apartments, designed with a sleek, urban aesthetic, and boasts breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Canal. Known for its community-driven living, Upside Living provides top-tier amenities such as a state-of-the-art gym, a stunning outdoor pool, and vibrant common areas that foster a dynamic work-life balance. Letswork members have exclusive access to Upside's coworking space located on Level 3 of the building. The pass gives you access to the stylish coworking area, gym, and pool. Please note that you must bring your own towels. Feel free to work from the couches, private booths, focus pods, or flexi-desks spread throughout the floor. It’s the perfect spot to blend work and leisure, all within the heart of Dubai’s bustling business hub. Upon arrival, simply check in on the Letswork app and head to reception on the ground floor to receive your access card. Free guest parking (past the barrier, just tell them you're visiting) and paid RTA parking are available. Guests - please note that access to the space if for Letswork members only. If you have any meetings, feel free to book the meeting rooms or meet guests downstairs at reception. If you would like a guest to join you, please ask them to purchase a day pass to access the space. A water filter can be found in the Social Kitchen on the 3rd floor, providing access to clear and free drinking water. Let’s reduce single-use plastic waste and have a positive impact on our environment. To keep our spaces enjoyable for everyone, let’s make sure that we clean up after ourselves. Thank you for keeping our common spaces tidy for all. If you feel like taking a quick dip inbetween meetings, make sure to bring your towel with you, as we do not provide these. Please note, children under the age of 18 are not allowed.
