About this venue

Villa Sander at Mainzer Landstraße 10 is a magnificent 19th-century building, once a bank and guesthouse of Deutsche Bank. Satellite Office acquired the historic building, extensively renovated it, and transformed it into a space for focused work. Modern offices, coworking spaces, conference rooms, a lounge with a fireplace, a think tank, and day offices are being created across approximately 2,000 square meters and five floors. While many coworking offers in Frankfurt focus on openness, Villa Sander deliberately creates spaces for retreat. Based on over 25 years of experience, Satellite Office develops working environments in which peace and quiet is not an extra, but a prerequisite. The pureSilent® design concept combines minimalist architecture with intelligent acoustics and clear room zoning. Screened work areas, soundproofed zones and protected break-out areas enable deep working at the highest level. For the implementation of this concept in Villa Sander, Satellite Office 2025 with the ICONIC AWARD and 2026 with the German Design Award in 2026.
