About this venue

The historic “Zürcherhof” building, which we converted into a first-class business center in 2023, is prominently located on Bellevueplatz in Zurich. The first satellite office in Switzerland, Haus Gryffenberg at Bahnhofstrasse 10 in Zurich, was opened in 2016. Following the Hôtel de Banque at Rue de la Corraterie 5 in Geneva, this is another joint project with PSP Swiss Property. The new satellite office at Zurich’s Limmatquai 4 has been fitted out to a high standard and has attractive outdoor areas with additional balconies and an idyllic roof terrace. The “Zürcherhof” is particularly attractive due to its location in the historic old town directly on the shores of Lake Zurich. At the same time, the transport links directly to Bellevue are excellent. On the first floor of the new satellite office, small stores and a café will also enrich the attractive surroundings. A total of 85 workstations, 28 offices, an elegant fireplace lounge, two ultra-modern meeting rooms, digital rooms, silent cubes and phone booths are available to you in an area of around 1,200 square meters.
