We offer fully ADGM-compliant dedicated desks and private offices with stunning Arabian Gulf sea views, giving companies the registered business address, lease documentation, and visa allocations they need to establish and grow within ADGM. Arrival Instructions

Members enjoy 24/7 secure access to the workspace at Addax Tower via a personal access card; reception is staffed during standard business hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00am–6:00pm — confirm). Lost or damaged access cards may be subject to a replacement fee. Visitors and guests should register at reception on arrival and be accompanied by their host. Paid parking is available within Addax Tower and in the surrounding Al Reem Island area, subject to availability; members requiring a dedicated or monthly parking arrangement should speak with our team, as spaces are limited and may carry an additional charge. Building and health-and-safety rules must be observed at all times.

Food Policy

Members and guests are welcome to enjoy food and beverages in the designated kitchen and lounge areas. To keep our shared workspace comfortable for everyone, we ask that strong-smelling food is not consumed at open desks or in meeting rooms. Complimentary coffee, karak and refreshments are served by our in-house barista during operating hours. Please clean up after yourself and dispose of waste in the bins provided. Food deliveries can be received at reception, and members will be notified on arrival. In line with ADGM and UAE regulations, alcohol is not permitted on the premises. We kindly ask all members to help maintain a clean, professional environment.
