Book private offices at Techarc on a single flexible Letswork membership.
Techarc is tucked inside Warehouse 25 at Alserkal Avenue - Al Quoz's arts and culture district - and that address alone tells you something about who works here. Creatives, designers, founders, and the chronically curious have made it their base since 2016, drawn by the kind of atmosphere you can't manufacture in a glass tower. The converted warehouse does what converted warehouses do best: high ceilings, natural light, and a texture to the space that feels lived-in and intentional. It's open from 8:30am to 11pm, which means it works just as well for an early strategy session as it does for a late-night build. Specialty coffee, breakfast, and pastries are all on hand - made properly, not as an afterthought. Letswork members enjoy full-day access, a complimentary welcome drink and 10% off F&B.

A bit congested. Apart from coffee, you have to pay for everything. If you want a better seat, it costs AED 15 per hour, which feels strange. The private pods cost AED 30 per hour, which is quite expensive. You also have to pay for valet parking, which costs AED 35 per hour.
Small tables and chairs. No standing desks. Comfy sitting and quite areas for attending calls are charged at premium price.
