Floor-to-ceiling windows frame uninterrupted views of the JLT lakes and the Marina skyline beyond - the sort of backdrop that makes even a Tuesday feel like it has stakes. The fit-out is polished without being uptight: think clean lines, a proper kitchen, boardrooms with Bose sound, and meeting rooms that won't embarrass you in front of a client. Everything runs through The Place app - access, bookings, invoices - so the admin practically disappears. The location does serious work too. You're a short walk from DMCC Metro, seconds off Sheikh Zayed Road, and surrounded by the kind of lakeside cafes and lunch spots that make the midday break genuinely restorative.
